"We bought it for $91,000, fixed it up over a couple of weekends, and sold it quickly for $129,000. What an adventure that was. We were mostly learning-by-doing back then. That has been my smallest deal to date. On our second deal, we grossed over $200,000."
The rest is history. Today, as a full-time real estate investor, Michael now enjoys his 16-hour work-weeks and in his free time, likes to travel around the country as a Real Estate mentor, sharing what he has learned with investors in different RE markets. "Several of my students are multi-millionaires, who wanted to sharpen their skills and take their investing game to the next level. Many of my students have been beginners wanting to get their investing business off the ground and into quick profitability. The majority of my students are somewhere in-between."
